Changed your mind?
No problem! You have 14 days from when your order arrives to return any item for a refund or exchange.
Just make sure:
- Items are unused and in their original condition
- All tags and packaging are still attached
- You let us know within 14 days of delivery
To start a return: Email us at hello@twotinyturtles.co.uk with your order number and what you’d like to return.
Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or just not what you ordered, we’ll sort it out right away.
Contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund – whichever you prefer. We’ll even cover the return postage.
Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to cover the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service so you can follow your return journey.
For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover all return costs.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. It typically appears back in your account within 5-7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
