Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll try help you out.

It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammer are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.

As the items are personalised, you have 2 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.

If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email to hello@twotinyturtles.co.uk and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange a return – returns without valid authorisation will not be accepted. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
